Big Move!

My husband and I have decided to move to Gulf Shores and stop all this nonsense of driving back and forth twice a month! Davey needs to be on property every day, and this will save us money if we can sell our house. If someone is looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Birmingham (Homewood area), let me know!!! We are making the big move on FRIDAY, yes FRIDAY!!!! There is a lot of packing to do, but thanks to my family, I'll be able to get it done! I will set up my sewing machine first thing once we get there, and get all my orders out asap! Get those Christmas orders placed soon!

Check out this adorable owl outfit for a sweet little girl! I can't wait to see pictures of her in it. I took this with my phone camera, so it doesn't do it justice at all.

AR's Fall Clothes!

Here's some ideas for your little one.....

I bought Ann Reese some cheap pants from places like Gymboree, Carter's, Target, and Walmart and made these adorable shirts to go with them. If you see some cute pants, I can make simple shirts to go with them!

BUSSSSSY!!!!

Wow, I've been bussssssy making plain shirts look adorable for a bunch of special little ones out there. I have a lot of appliques to choose from on the right side of my blog. I have many more, so if you think of something you'd like, just ask! A few that aren't pictured are another owl, acorn, and many more Christmas stuff. I'll work on getting pictures of those up asap!
The shirts are $18-$22 depending on long sleeve, short sleeve, and what design you would like.

Also, I'm still making hand towels! These would be perfect gifts for teachers, sisters, in-laws, etc. for Christmas and birthdays!

Check out my first attempt at making a blanket!!! I hope Jack enjoys this one!

Be thinking about those Christmas outfits and gifts you like to order. I'm already backed up till the first of November! Get your orders in soon!

One Pair of Pants Makes 3 Outfits!!!!!!

I have a very loyal costumer who has ordered a ton of outfits for her little girl, Ava. I made this Gator outfit a little while back for her, and she wanted some fall shirts to go with the same pants to get a lot of wear out of the pants. I used the same orange and white polka dot fabric to create these other two shirts, which gives her 3 outfits with one pair of pants!!! The bows are detachable, so they will go perfectly with the other shirts.

I've been asked to make pants that will go a few shirts a lot lately, and would love to make you the same!!! The shirts range from $18-$22, depending on what you want, and the pants are $20. If you order a lot of shirts, I'll be sure to give you a deal!!!

I hope Kindra and Ava enjoy these outfits!!! Thank you so much, Kindra!!!!

Consignment Treasures!

Check out these consignment treasures I found for Ann Reese! The purple dress and the pink and brown romper had initials on them, so I used the scalloped applique to cover the initials. Honestly, I bought these with a little hesitation, thinking that it would be difficult to fix for AR, but it worked out perfectly! Most consignment stores put their initialed outfits at 1/2 the price they would normally, so these were a FANTASTIC deal!! What I learned....Buy outfits with initials, because they can be treasures!!

The pants set was a Kelly's Kids (I know a lot of you mom's know how expensive this probably was), and I decided to add an "A" to make it special for Ann Reese.

Let me know if you have something from an older brother or sister or consignment outfit that you'd like me to fix up for your little one!

2 Piece Outfits!

I've been BUSY making halloween BOO-TIFUL outfits for many little girls, but also had time to make a couple shirt/pants outfits. Take a look at these. Didn't they turn out precious? Griffin's mom couldn't decide between green or pink pants, so I'm surprising her with green. My reason???? I thought she could wear them this Christmas with coordinating shirts or just a shirt with her name in red. I hope she likes the surprise!! :)

Coming soon....Ann Reese's fall wardrobe that I've made and why it's OKAY to buy consignment outfits with a monogram!
